These products enable precise analysis of nanoscale thickness and ppm-grade content and are widely used in coating thickness analysis, RoHS compliance testing, and total element analysis. Currently, the company employs over 100 people and has offices in North China, Central China, South China, Russia, and India. Our R&D and manufacturing teams each account for 50% of the workforce.
