SHELL-SCHEME EXHIBIT SPACE:

US$400 / RMB¥2,650 (plus 6% VAT) per sq.m.

• Hall Management Fee included
• Minimum Size: 9 sq.m.
• Stand-fittings, white laminated panels, carpet, fascia, basic lighting and furniture included

RAW EXHIBIT SPACE:

US$370 / RMB¥2,450 (plus 6% VAT) per sq.m.

• Hall Management Fee included
• Minimum Size: 27 sq.m.
• Exhibitors can appoint Official Contractor or their own contractors for stand building.

SURCHARGE:

• 2-side open: + 5%
• 3-side open: + 7.5%
• Island booth: + 10%

Remark: Surcharge applies to shell-scheme booth space and raw exhibit space.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR BUILDING DOUBLE STOREY STANDS:

1. Due to new safety regulations to be announced by the Venue Operator in 2022, the Organizer will only issue notes for double storey stands application in first quarter of 2022. Please keep an eye on our official website for any update.
2. Area and height limitation for double storey stands are subject to final approval by the Organizer and Venue Operator.

The Organizers reserve the final right to change the participation fee should the need arise.
